Possibly the same entity as the Houston glass-factory venture former employee John Matthijetz describes being funded through payroll withholding — an unresolved link worth flagging.
Renamed and relocated from “Three Rivers Glass Sales” (Three Rivers) to “Texas Industrial Investment Company” (Houston) on July 10, 1937, under a Texas state charter [ev-0019]. Mackey’s email notes “it was a separate entity” — i.e., distinct from Tips Glass Sales Corporation and Tips Glass Company — though the exact relationships among Tips’ post-foreclosure sales entities remain unresolved [ev-0019].
